Germán Share Company is a fully Hungarian firm. It was established in 1989, and at the beginning was operating as a private limited company. At the end of 2005, due to the unfavourable market influences, Germán Share Comapany has seen itself obliged to significantly reduce its production activity. However, as a distributor, it still has an important role on the market of fasteners.
